Rick Johnson is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of the Finance and Accounting teams. As IntelliBridge’s Chief Financial Officer, he handles capital financing, annual operating budgets and forecasts, forward pricing rate development, M&A due diligence, and corporate financial management. Johnson brings more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience in the government contracting space. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, compliance, and corporate financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining IntelliBridge, Johnson served as Vice President of Finance at Novetta helping lead the company through the financial diligence and integration of 10 acquired or merged entities under the sponsorship of Arlington Capital Partners and The Carlyle Group.

Johnson holds a B.A. from the University of Florida, a Master’s of Public Administration from George Washington University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
