As a trusted executive in the public and private sectors over the last 25 years, Thomas is a proven leader with a track record of growing and managing profitable technology and services organizations. Most recently, Thomas served as the Commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service at the General Services Administration where he was responsible for more than 3,500 employees who manage the delivery of $60 billion of products, services, and solutions that enable efficiencies in the Federal government. He started his executive career as a Presidential Management Fellow supporting the Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff (Logistics) and has held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Compusearch, Data Networks, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
