McLean, VA, March 21, 2017 – Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC will contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science (SC) Portfolio Analysis Management System (PAMS). This work was awarded under Prime contractor Appsential, and will be performed in the Washington DC Metro area. PAMS currently supports over 23,000 internal and external users.
PAMS is a web enabled business process management solution being developed for the DOE. Once completed it will facilitate the entire lifecycle of SC grant funding programs from planning Funding Opportunity Announcements to the Closeout of awards and will include the funding of activities in DOE National Laboratories. PAMS interacts with the Government-wide portal for financial assistance application (Grants.gov), the DOE core procurement and data warehouse systems, and the SC Financial Management System.
